Shipping Process

After completing our medical intake, a licensed medical provider will review your health history and treatment eligibility. State regulations determine whether this review requires an online consultation.

If the provider determines that treatment is appropriate and a prescription is approved, your order will be processed and sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment and shipment.

Prescription Processing

Once your prescription has been approved by the medical provider, the pharmacy will begin preparing your medication. The patient will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

After the medication leaves the pharmacy, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.

From prescription approval to delivery, most patients receive their medication within approximately 4 to 7 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary due to pharmacy processing volume, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

If your medication has not shipped within 14 days of your order being placed, you are entitled to request a full refund, regardless of the status of your medical review. Please contact our support team and they will review the order status and process the refund when applicable.

Order Cancellations

Because prescription medications are regulated healthcare products, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once a prescription has been approved and the medication has been processed or shipped by the pharmacy.

Additionally, due to federal and state health and safety regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once they have left the pharmacy. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Our team will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and pharmacy. When appropriate, we may resolve the issue by arranging a replacement shipment.
